MANAGEMENT

unit is managed by its Head Mr. Jugal Kishore Maroo,
B.Sc(Engg) Managing Director, along with its technical &
mechanical team having vast knowledge in plastics.

Supervisors are
Diploma holders from Central Institute of Plastic
Engineering and Technology (CIPET).
CONTAINER
RAW MATERIALS
-
We are
purchasing main raw materials of Containers i.e. LLDPE
(Rotomoulding Grade Leaner Low Density Polyethylene)
from M/s Reliance Industries Ltd., Haldia
Petrochemicals Ltd., etc. and main raw materials of
Pipe i.e. PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) from M/s Reliance
Industries Ltd.

We are purchasing
other pigments also from good companies like M/s Blend
Colours (India) Pvt. Ltd., Baerlocher India Additives Pvt. Ltd., Godrej Industries Ltd., Gulshan Polyols
Ltd. etc.

Raw materials are of
food grade.

We
are using LLDPE of UV stabilize grade.
-
Cover
of Container, we are purchasing from outside with
strict on quality as per IS-12701:1996 specification.
MACHINERIES
-
Our
overhead containers moulds are designed as per
IS-12701/96 specifications.

We are manufacturing
Containers (Tanks) on Latest Bi-axle machine,
Rock-N-Road This process is ideal for manufacturing of
tanks because it gives uniform Thickness.

We are manufacturing
PVC Pipes in Windsor make Latest Screw Barrel Machine.

We have got all the
machineries for intermediate products viz. Extruder,
Pulveriser etc. As such all the intermediate product
are manufactured in house only under supervision of
experienced supervisors.

Our unit was
first company of Combine Jharkhand-Bihar to get BIS License
for marking ISI on its products for IS:12701:1996.

In this region, Our
unit was first ISO 9000 : 2001 certified company,
which upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 and at present
9001:2008.

Graduates passed by
Central Institute of Plastics Engineering &
Technology (CIPET) are carrying work at fully equipped
laboratory.

All
tests required as per ISI are being carried out in
factory in our well equipped laboratory.

We are sending our
products for third party testing in certain intervals
to Central Institute of Plastics Engineering &
Technology (CIPET), Bhubaneswar.
